After that she also got a job at the law firm called Simpson and Thatcher LLP as an Associate from 2007-2011, and was named by New York Super Lawyer Magazine-Metro edition 2012 as a ‘New York Rising Star’ in the field of tax law. Lately, she is working as Senior Vice President, Tax Counsel and Tax Planning at GE Capital.

Since the year 2013, Kaganovich has been working as the CEO (and co-founder) of SolveBio based in New York, a company involved in health research, works on changing bioinformatics and assists pharma companies with its analyzed data.

He now currently works as a Tax Associate at the firm.
